Unfortunately, the room lacked a fridge, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. Also, we dealt with a delay in addressing our transportation needs for an early flight.

Rooms are spacious and the location is super convenient for shopping and dining. Loved the large bathroom and handy USB plugs for charging devices. A real highlight was enjoying a massive steak in the bar area. it was well-priced and delicious.

i've stayed at a few hotels in leon, but this one really impressed me. the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options, and the spacious room was well-equipped for all our needs.

clean hotel with great location , but lacking amenities

The hotel offered a clean and well-maintained environment. Our spacious room provided a lovely city view that added charm to our stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to various shops and restaurants nearby.

We expected basic amenities such as a fridge and refreshments in a five-star establishment.

During my stay, there was a significant hiccup with the reservation system, where only one of my two booked rooms was initially recognized. This made for an irritating start, as I had to ensure they found the second room after a longer-than-expected hassle, overshadowing the overall comfort of an otherwise decent stay. The hotel also lacks immediate nearby attractions and walkability.

I had a wonderful stay in a spacious Standard King Room. The highlight was the complimentary coffee and pastries available on my floor, which were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. However, I would have preferred if the hotel offered a mini-fridge in the room for added convenience.
